Our spaces are ideal for small teams of 1-4, such as foreign subsidiaries (branch offices) that need to establish a presence quickly, design studios valuing aesthetic quality, and startups prioritizing community engagement.

上班所需的電動升降桌、人體工學椅、互動式白板、實用置物櫃皆為森浪工作空間標配。此外，森浪亦提供完善的後勤支援服務，並供應快速提神的現煮咖啡、茶飲、點心等精神糧食，全力協助進駐夥伴更高效、更愉快地投入工作，掌握舒心的工作節奏。 Every office comes equipped with electric standing desks, ergonomic chairs, interactive whiteboards, and storage lockers—everything you need for a productive workday. Additionally, FOREST WAVE HUB offers comprehensive administrative support, including lunch ordering, along with freshly brewed coffee, tea, and snacks to keep you energized and engaged, ensuring a pleasant and efficient work rhythm.

費用與租期/ Fees and Lease Terms

  • 方案費用依辦公室房型及人數而定，且已含水電費、網路費與管理費等。

    最短租期為3個月，並額外提供搬遷緩衝期，讓團隊入駐時間充裕不匆忙。

  • The monthly service fee is based on the type of office and occupancy, covering utilities, internet, and management fees.

    The minimum lease term is 3 months, with an additional grace period to ensure a smooth transition for your team.

獨立辦公室方案的費用包含哪些項目？

方案費用包含租金、水電、網路、管理費、營業登記，以及免費的會議室時數、黑白列印額度，還可以自在享用咖啡與零食！

影印方便嗎？如何計費？

經專人設定您的電腦連接多功能印表機後，往後透過專屬密碼即可列印。
森浪會員享每月黑白60頁免費額度（依辦公室房型大小增量），超額以優惠費率黑白$1/頁、彩色$3.5/頁計價。

是否可以攜帶寵物及吸菸？

為維護辦公環境品質，目前不開放帶毛小孩來上班；且為了大家的健康著想，森浪工作空間（含陽台）全面禁菸哦。
