With several paid parking lots and a YouBike station nearby, our location is easily accessible. This space is ideal for business meetings, client presentations, design discussions, and corporate training sessions or workshops for teams of 1 to 6 people. Show up with confidence in a space that speaks professionalism and style.

服務規範/ Service Terms

商務會議室開放預約時段為09:00-18:00(國定假日不開放),最小計費單位為1小時。
最少預定時數平日為2小時、假日為3小時;當日使用若未滿預定時數,須依報價預約場地時段付費。
需於收到簽回報價單後,並給付全額空間使用費及場地清潔保證金($400);經客服人員確認款項無誤後,始完成預定程序及確認場地保留作業。

Meeting room is available for booking from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (excluding national holidays), with a minimum billing unit of 1 hour.
The minimum reservation duration is 2 hours on weekdays and 3 hours on weekends. If the actual usage time is less than the reserved hours, payment must be made according to the quoted reservation duration.
To finalize your reservation, please sign the quotation and complete payment for both the full space usage fee and a refundable cleaning deposit of NT$400. The reservation will be confirmed and the venue secured upon successful payment verification.
商務會議室最晚需在幾天前預定?-
需於預定使用日的3個工作天前預約,於完成報價單回簽、給付全額空間使用費及場地清潔保證金後,即會確認場地時段保留哦。如有臨時場地需求,請以官方Line向客服人員聯繫。
商務會議室可以飲食嗎?-
商務會議室僅可食用咖啡、茶水等非酒精類飲品,若有其他餐飲需求(如便當、蛋糕點心、中西式、輕食或下午茶類等),須另酌收場地清潔費$400/次。
預定完成後可以臨時取消或延期嗎?-
如欲取消或延期使用會議室,需於預定使用日前3個工作天,以官方Line或電郵通知,並經客服人員確認後方可生效;如於預定使用日前2天內才臨時告知,將酌收空間使用費之30%作服務費;惟若遇天災之不可抗力因素,不在此例。
